The organisations will work together to develop the energy company’s people team in line with the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030.
The CIPD has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco, one of the world’s largest integrated energy and chemicals companies. The two organisations have pledged to work collaboratively to enhance work and working lives within Aramco, in line with the ambitious Saudi Vision 2030.
Through tailored training programs, CIPD qualifications, and individual assessments, the partnership will help Aramco’s people team to develop HR competencies and capabilities in line with the CIPD Profession Map, the global benchmark for the people profession.
The CIPD and Aramco will participate jointly in regional and global HR events, exchanging knowledge and cutting-edge research with an annual graduation ceremony to honour Aramco’s learners who have successfully completed the CIPD qualification.
Our collaboration with Aramco signifies a shared commitment to advancing HR practices and contributes to the transformative goals of Saudi Vision 2030. Together, we are shaping a future of excellence and innovation in the workplace.
